As a family owned and operated business, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth for our customers business. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Plants N logs guarantees to use the freshest available seasonal natives & wildflowers and quality product in all our bouquets and flower arrangements. 
Our potted plants are all planted in premium potting mix, we also add fertilisers we also add slow release fertiliser

THREE DAY RETURN POLICY

On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Plants will last as long as a piece of string.

PLEASE FEEL SAFE PURCHACING POTTED PLANT FROM US,I WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY.

 

 

 

 

Natives will defiantly last for much longer. In addition, natives will dry if you let them dry, leaving them without water, will help with the drying process. If you would like some help with keeping your arrangements, by drying them please contact us.plantsnlogs@gmail.com                                                                                                                                                                                              

 

IMPORTANT: To assist us in assessing the product quality, Plants n Logs also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers within 3 days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Images also help us to show growers/suppliers what has happened to the product they have provided us with.

REFUNDS

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Care Team on 0415187699 or email plantsnlogs@gmail.com   within 3 days of the delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers of plants sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you, subject to your particular situation.
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card or Paypal account for which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card or by EFTPOS only for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and/or subject to availability and supply on the day of your delivery. In this instance, we will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with an item of similar quality and value, to complement the image on our website. This policy also applies to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested, and that the recipient receives the best possible blooms available on the day of delivery.
Some flowers & plants are affected by delivery and freight schedules. Should this be the case, we will endeavour to advise you of the situation.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

  • Please note ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our cancellation terms below.

  • Cancellations received within LESS THAN 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

  • Cancellations received with MORE THAN 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, please contact us ASAP

  • Plants N Logs collects personal data for providing a specific product or service requested by the customer. Certain information may be required in order to provide this product or service, such as full name of customer and recipient, authorised users, email address, billing address and contact phone numbers. The information collected may also be used to inform the customer of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing. 

SECURITY

  • Plants N Logs is committed to ensuring your security when ordering online. We have technical systems in place to ensure your security when providing your credit card details.

  • Get the freshest Flowers & Plants that you can and handle them with care. Some blooms blemish easily. Putting the flowers into a hot car can cause your beautiful blooms to wilt. The answer? Aircon. and take flowers directly from Plants N Logs to where you want them, leaving them in the car while you do the shopping spells disaster.

  • Your feedback may be used as testimonials on. If you are not happy to have this content publicly displayed you can request that it is not to be published and or ask for it to be removed.  No images or pictures containing clients or customer person(s) will be published without prior consent from the individual(s) concerned.
